User Account & Data Deletion Request

1. Our Commitment to Your Data Rights

Universal Network Development LLC (UND Industries) respects your privacy and upholds your statutory rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Google Play Developer Data Safety Policies. Users of Tech Radar: Frontier Tech & AI and all UND applications have the right to request permanent deletion of their account credentials and all associated telemetry.

2. What Data Is Permanently Deleted

Upon receipt and processing of your deletion request, the following records are permanently purged from our active databases:

• Account Credentials: User UUID, registered email address, username handle, and authentication tokens.
• Subscription & Transaction Metadata: Internal profile associations with Stripe customer records (financial billing records are retained solely as required by federal tax and banking laws).
• Engagement & Telemetry Data: Reading history, streak counters, saved bookmark references, and application diagnostics.
• Support & Feedback Records: Past user feedback, bug tickets, and error logs linked to your user identity.

What we keep: records the law requires or allows us to keep, such as purchase and billing records, and the record of which version of our Terms and Privacy Policy you agreed to and when. These are kept as described in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

3. Processing Timeline & Retention

We act on a deletion request once we confirm it comes from the account holder. Your account data is deleted within thirty (30) calendar days, except the records listed above; backup copies expire on their normal schedule.
